The Human Machine Interface (HMI) is a high performance touch screen machine control interface for industrial applications. Kinco Automation offers 3 standard HMI series: MT4000, MT5000, and Green. Kinco also offers specialized HMI models, such as the F, CZ, and SZ types, which allow users to satisfy specified integration requirements.
The MT4000 Series HMIs feature a TFT Display with 65K colors and offer 3 COM ports that can communicate using 3 different protocols simultaneously.
The MT5000 Series HMIs have a display similar to the MT4000 Series and offer an upgraded 520MHz RISC CPU that supports Audio Output and Video Input. They also provide options for extended communication protocols such as CANOpen, MPI, and Profibus-DP through Open Platform Communication Software.
Green Series HMIs have similar resolutions to the MT4000 HMIs, but provide an upgraded 32 bit RISC CPU and an upgraded LCD screen with 16.77M colors. The Green Series HMIs offer 128MB of DDR3 memory, as compared to the 64MB RAM that the MT4000 series offers.
Customized HMIs are industry design units intended for specific solutions. Created for the food and packaging industries, the F7 and F10 units are water-resistant and shock-proof. The CZ and SZ Series are cabled HMIs intended for automated vehicles (AGV).
HMI and PLC Combo units are HMIs that have an integrated PLC, which removes the need for wiring any communications to these units and eases the installation process.
The MT4000, MT5000, F7/F10, and SZ series HMIs are all programmable on Kinco HMIWare. The CZ6/CZ10 and Green Series HMIs are programmed on Kinco DTools Software, and the HP043 (HMI-PLC Combo unit) is programmed on Kinco HP Builder Software.
